  • After 8 years as an expatriate in the U.S, Keith was involved in the acquisition of a U.K listed company, Pilkington plc, in 2006.
  • In 2011, Keith was appointed to be a Corporate Officer. In 2012, he was appointed to be Regional HR Director Asia responsible for HR in Asia including Japan in 2012. In 2013, he was additionally assigned the Group Talent and Compensation Director role.
  • Keith was a chief secretarial of the Group Compensation and Nomination Committee from 2008 to 2017. In 2017, he established a global Inclusion & Diversity Committee from scratch and drove DE&I initiatives across the group.
