Shift Vision Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) shall establish the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of customers.
1. Definition of Personal Information “Personal information” refers to “personal information” as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003, hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”).

The scope of use of personal information is limited to the means for providing our services to customers who use our services. We will not handle personal information beyond the scope of the above purposes of use. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

We will not provide your personal information to third parties except in the following cases.

We may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.

6. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information
When a customer himself/herself requests disclosure of personal information held by our company based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will disclose it to the customer without delay (if the personal information does not exist, we will notify you to that effect) after confirming that the request is from the customer himself/herself. However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to disclose it under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. Please note that we charge a fee (1,000 yen per case) for the disclosure of personal data.
If the content of personal information held by the Company differs from the facts, corrections and deletions will be made.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We are continuously striving to further enhance the system for personal information protection, and the content of this privacy policy may be revised or changed.
This privacy policy after modification or change shall take effect from the time it is posted on this site, unless otherwise specified by the Company.
